With it’s spear like foot, 3dprinted “Lily” sits on the base of the dessert. The hot component is poured into the blossom - slowly “Lily” opens its leafs, the liquid pours out, flows down and mixes with the base. Lily's single parts are 3D printed in thermoplastic resin. Thermoplasts deform by heat - something necessary for the printing process. This reaction is turned into Lily’s leading functional principle.
